Choose ONE of these recipes to cook:

Take a picture of the finished dish and email it!

Email the photo to cookingchallenge@nomnompaleo.com with the recipe name as the subject line by 11:59 pm PT on August 31, 2024!

Hello! My name is Michelle Tam, and I love to eat. I think about food all the time. It borders on obsession. I’ve always loved the sights and smells of the kitchen.
